Sign up your kids for our 2026 Summer Reading Program, Unearth a Story, and stay for a special presentation from Jurassic Jo’s Fossil Show!
What was life really like for our neighbors who fell on hard times? Join local author Caroline Grimm for a look into the history of our local town farms and the people who lived there. Discover the deeply human stories behind the old records and explore how our 19th-century communities cared for neighbors who fell through the cracks.
Copies of Caroline’s books, including her most recent, Town Farm Boy, will be available for purchase.
Storytime for Young Children is held each Thursday at 10:00. Join us to talk, sing, read, write and play–all the elements that help get kids ready to read!
We are thrilled to welcome our newest volunteer, Ally the Therapy Dog! Reading to animals can help build confidence and improve read-aloud skills. Ally (and her human, Patti Dann) will be in the children’s room, waiting to listen to good books, each Thursday from 4:30-5:30.
